These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dancantillana.com (the “Site”), operated by Dan Cantillana Insurance Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), 4201 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207. By using the Site or opting in to our communications, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We collect two separate, optional consents for text messages from Dan Cantillana Insurance Agency LLC (DanCan). Each is a separate unchecked checkbox, and you may give either, both, or neither:

• Non-marketing messages: recurring texts about your Lead Machine Scorecard™ results, appointment scheduling links, and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages: recurring promotional texts, such as offers, event invitations, and business tips. We send marketing texts only if you separately check the marketing consent box.

For both types of messages:

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email dan@dancantillana.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile opt-in information is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link you can use at any time. Transactional emails you request (such as Scorecard results and scheduling confirmations) may still be sent.

The Site and its content — including the Lead Machine Scorecard™, Build a Lead Machine™ materials, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal and business use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content in unlawful ways.

Content on the Site, including Scorecard results, is provided for general educational and marketing purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or insurance advice for your specific situation. Insurance products and services are subject to their own terms, conditions, and state regulations.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dan Cantillana Insurance Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
