• Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form, take the Lead Machine Scorecard™, subscribe to our podcast updates, or schedule a call.
• Your Scorecard answers and results, so we can deliver your score and follow up with relevant guidance.

• To deliver what you asked for — your Scorecard results, scheduling confirmations, podcast updates, and replies to your messages.
